0475 (1,2,3) During the course of the complaint assesment Licensor Smith concluded there was enough information available to determine more than likely than not a licensing violation occured. Based on the information gathered, the center director was notified of the alleged incident(innapropriate sexual contact between 2 children) by the parent. Therfore the Director failed to report the incident within a 24 hour timeframe. ?? "No observation provided."
